My wife and I are Lloydfest originals as are Bill &Laura, Randy Sherman, and Enloe. Not to mention, Lloyd is my best friend. That is where my above comment comes from.

Everyone - Bring your swap meet items! You hoarders!! Last year there were some good parts that changed hands. This year, I'm bringing valve covers. Chevy, Olds, Ford. Maybe some other chrome goodies.

Yes, 2 sets. Low rise GM ''Chevrolet'' covers new in the box. Somewhat modern looking, I think the bow tie is red or orange. Also a set of plain chrome tall ones. You get 1st choice when I get there! Did the 600 Holley ever run for you?

Yes, the 600 runs very good! I’d like to see the low rise ones. Papaw still has stock, plain Chevy truck covers.

 

They're good quality, oil separators you just don't see on most aftermarket covers. Will you be needing a chrome air cleaner as well?

Andy, just the plain tall ones. Air cleaner lid, wing nut and base are pictured.

 

I missed part of that Tim, with the band members schedule, if it works out, we're gonna do an acoustic set on Friday. If a group wants to take a scenic drive through the Montgomery County countryside, we'll do it around 10am Saturday morning.

Getting close.
As much as I want to drive the '40 to LFIV, I am going to trailer it behind the Motor Home. After all, I can stop anywhere for the night or to take a break. I will actually be in Kentucky for nearly 2 wks with LFIV being midway during that time.
The rest of the time I will be doing the Moonshine Trail. I will be driving my '40 to all eleven places on the trail. After all it is set up as a Moonshine Hauler.
I know the '40 would make the drive out, but logistics will work out better using the Motor Home.
If anyone is interested, search Moonshine Trail. Some of the locations are not far from Mt Sterling.

Based on the text from Karl yesterday Clarence will still be in the body shop 'til after LF IV.

Sherry and I will be there but in a late model (uuuggg).

 

Shirts are ordered, I washed my socks, looking forward to a great time!

 

Went to see Clarence today. Progress is being made but it sure is slow.
