He had his own look when it came to flames. Kinda fat in the middle and a little cartoonish. I liked them a lot. He will be missed.

 

He also painted this in the late 60's. Still wearing the paint today. Hard to see but that's his signature in the second photo. Owned today by @***us

 

There are pinstripers and there are artists, no question about Dennis Ricklefs abilities.

I didn’t personally know him but the person who restored my 39 Indian, John Bivens, had him strip our Indian.

 

He did this truck that I built for a customer back in 2011 as well as a bunch of other stuff I have on film. RIP old friend.
