In late 1959,Nuwt's Auto and Boat,did my hotrod in black an yellow pleated{ yellow was the heat [ molded] pleated type . A lot cars used this type,vs real sewn. It lasted for a good number of years. It was these two photo's of original period interior and trunk that provided the inspiration and ideas to give to the trimmer to do the interior of my '32 3w coupe.
In 1957 (while stationed at the Alameda Naval Air Station), my father had re-upholster his chopped & channeled Deuce 5wd Coupe's interior . . . in "Black & White Tuck & Roll" Naugahyde. Here are some of the interiors on my old hot rods. The 29 sedan with the gold and white pattern was by far my favorite.
I have dealt with Bill's Auto Tops in B-game, not sure what his prices are these days but couldn't hurt to ask. I thought there was a HAMB member that was helping out others get upholstery work done south of the border, does that ring a bell to anyone?
Okay, since the exterior of the car is still as its been, for quite some time now, there is no indication of what the final paint color or scheme will be, so bare with me here, as theses are just suggestions and nothing more. Check out the very cool pieced together, ****pit cover on this hot rod. You can see how sturdy this type of material is, and its obvious it can be worked with, to cover a variety of shapes and curves. I would ***ume the flat panels of the areas in your car, that you wish to cover, would be an easy thing to do. They would be easy to source from a variety of swap-meets, for not a lot of money, I bet Dave Difalco knows some talented people that have a walking foot sewing machine that could accomplish this, that is if it appeals to your eye! A long time ago, and sorry I don't have pictures to illustrate this, a friend of mine did something very cool, and unique to a 53 Chevy long wheel base delivery panel truck. So with this picture of this 37 delivery panel truck, it will help you to use your imagination on this next idea. Since you don't have to worry about doing a headliner, that is a chore you wont have to h***le with. My friend had cut the various wood panels needed, out of 1/4" plywood. He then went to a variety of feed stores and other places such as swap meets and he bought a variety of burlap sack's, that had various logos on them from the various companies. He measured them all out to fit, had them cut and sewn together, and made them about 3"s bigger than the panel itself. He washed all of the sections a few times and made sure to use fabric softener with each wash, and he let them air dry in the sun. He then dampened each panel, and the sections of burlap and applied the panels to the wood, and stretched them tight and with a staple gun secured the over lapped edges to the plywood, then left them out in the sun to dry, which really tightened up the material nicely. It looked great in the panel truck, and it added a certain amount of sound deadening to the truck as well. Again these are just suggestions, your results may vary greatly! You already have a great dash panel that isn't a copy of anyone else's, so be creative, as I am confident that you will! I purchased this interior from the Kennedy brother for my 5 window. They said it came out of pale yellow 32 that was in San Pedro. My coupe has column shift and so did the car it came out of. So carpets are perfect!

Awesome 27R,love it!!! So cool .red rug extra cool !! Plus I love flames,had them on my race cars for close to 40 years!! The brown stain on white back of p*** seat side,if not temp?,, I'm guessing you tryed all kind of cleaners? Try a bleach wet rag '[with rubber gloves] held on it ,even better if you can take seat out,and lay down so wet rag stays inplace with a small weight to hold down. Check after 10 min.s to see how well,if at all,it is starting to work? If you see it got a little less,let it be in sun a few min. If any better,try longer... Some times nothing works.
I wouldn't call this legit 50s, but it's certainly not modern, maybe more "moderne"... To add to the mental picture, the trans cover and driveshaft tunnel will be matching vinyl, the sides will be neutral wool hogshair carpet front to back.
