off topic, Prayer request for my grandson

I have twin grandsons, 7 months old. Joseph was born with VATER syndrome, with multiple serious problems. He spent his first three months in the neonatal intensive care unit at Arkansas Children's Hospital. He was admitted to the Children's again this afternoon with seriously deteriorated kidney function (less than 10% function) and great difficulty breathing. I would greatly appreciate prayers for him and his parents. The good part is, we get to keep his brother James while Joe and parents are at the hospital! Thanks

To begin with, our thoughts and a prayer to someone I know are on the way...
I will add my thoughts that I hope takes no offence as thats not the intent.

Anywaz.. My family spent a 20 year "journey" with my daughter that had both kidney & cancer issues. We also have two other kids. During our ordeal we spent many days in the hosp as was/is the thing to do. As you know this takes up a pile of time and raises holy hell with a persons mind. So I can't begin to tell ya how hard it is on the parents.

Now in our case we were not home a lot. What to do with the other kids? Well my parents ended up with the other kids all the times we were away. At the time I failed to realize how important this was but I do now as me & wife talked about it a lot. The othere kids are now 20 & 27 and they have also talked about it..

I guess what I'm try'n to say is you'r take'n care of the other kid is more important then you may think. The parents can focus on the ill child without worry of the well beging of the other. Who best to look after a child then the grandparents?
So.. YOU have a very important part in this... Sounds to me like your on track . This is more imortant then you think right now...

So hang in there and we wish you the best!
