3/8” was always my greatest nemesis! I could be holding it in my hand and it still would disappear.

 

I try to always work in the dirt in as open an area as I can. When done it is easy to sweep the whole workplace with my metal detector to find lost tools, bolts, nuts, washers, and an occasional coin. Don't ask how I finish the job and have extra hardware.

Usually the AI just garbles them, that picture looks like it got reversed.

 

There's a channel on youtube where the videos flip like that. It can be aggravating trying to decide which side of the car he's working on.

Here's a few weekend projects to keep the kids and pets safe. All approved by the "airbag and lane ***ist" crowd of course.

 

You want safety you need to go for a ride with my mother driving. Man she had a wicked right arm, she could knock the wind out of you with that right arm of hers and hit the brakes at the same time. I think I was fifteen the last time I was saved by her arm. lol

The funniest part was her driving, in the early seventies she bought a 66 Belvedere with a/6 and a three on the tree. Someone told her that first gear was just to get it it moving so that’s what she did. At five miles per she was in second gear and at fifteen she was in third, the dash in that Plymouth shook so hard and every gear know matter what her son said. She never quite made it to the speed limit either, just under.

 

I wonder if she is related to my sister-in-law. When her office went out to lunch, she wasn't allowed to drive. The reason, they only had one hour.

 

Late 60's a guy in the Body Shop had a gallon can of asbestos paste that he used to control heat in the surrounding area when he was welding on a panel.

 

An asbestos grease fire, there you go…
