Brush Prairie is a local unincorporated community located a mile or two from home so Mrs. BB and I rolled out in these two selections. She in hers, me in mine.

Me following her home in shame. She even won the raffle prize.

She can keep the raffle prize. Free car washes at Wash Kings down the street. I don't do car washes...unless they are bikini car washers and then not in Portland!!!

 

The raffle prize was probably a candle, fragrance, bath bead basket...something that would get Billy in touch with his more feminine side.

 

I'm not a fan of bath beads, I tried some in the car wash bucket once and my truck smelled like the inside of a Victoria's Secret. As for candles, my wife did buy me a Bourbon Old Fashioned candle for the sauna bathroom. Smells like a sweaty speak easy up in there. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

 

I know the guy, but I can't afford him and he drinks too much.

That Tan GMC looks seriously familair. That isn't Bruce Geisler's old truck by chance? Back in the 80's he and I spent several labor day weekends together at the fairgrounds at Kennewick Wa at the tri cities Rods and roadsters run with a bunch of mutual friends.
That looks like a nice laid back event to go to.

Just odd old thought;; in the 50s n 60s= Indoor Car shows< Only ones called shows* I knew off !,outdoor were just get togethers !
Not sure when that changed in to out doors became shows too,maybe the fancy Uppey-up's rich Concours shows in Club gr***,was a bleed over?
