    Maybe they meant "place of business coupe". She may have needed that back seat.

    Some stuff I'd have to change on that one, but it's a start.

    Drove one till the wheels fell off. (well; until it overheated so badly I couldn't drive it. Block was full of casting sand and the back water p***ages were blocked) Not the pretty little convertible, the 300 above it

    I've got a business coupe and an opera coupe (parts). If it wasn't so far away (700+ miles, 12 hours one way) and more stuff, I wouldn't be posting it! :D I'd even keep the leopard print.

    1957 MGA convertible roadster
    $1,000
    Listed in Ontario, NY

    Selling this project car, (no paperwork/registration ), this also comes with a second car parked out in the weeds for parts. I think there might be an engine and transmission in that car scammers will be blocked. I will only communicate on Facebook marketplace initially this car has been inside a dry barn or a garage since 1971. Any parts I can find in barn will go with car. Possibly parts on shelf behind car. Selling for someone my in-laws.

    I made a play for this one and just missed it. I was second in line to another guy who wasn't as serious as the seller thought. Anyways, I was scheduled to meet in the evening after 6pm. At 4 I got a message from the seller that another buyer Venmo'd the $1000 to him so he sold it. He was apologetic about it, and I understood since I had not actually said I would buy it at that point. But hell, how could you go wrong at $1000 for both cars?!
    Oh well, just as well. Not like I need another project.
    Stored since 71... dang.

    I agree - it's got great lines and in the pictures it looks to be really solid. Wish I could have seen it up close.

    I would have done that in a heartbeat! That vintage of Brit cars are as cool as the bikes of that time. I like anything from the Morris Garage especially my Morris Minor Wagon.

  23. This is something that at that asking price and looking that good you pounce on it and contemplate later when you get both cars home.

    @2devilles good luck.
    Ad is kind of goofy, though. Diesel V8 dodge 318? Probably gas.
    Dodge had the regular 3 speed, 4 speed and the 3 w/OD manuals in that era.
    Ask if it's a frame swap, although it looks like it's just lowered.
    The point is to dangle the hook in the water for others here and conversation, NOT to tempt yourself! :D
