Well, after much pondering, a few cold ones, vigorously scratching my **** several times, and franticly pacing back and forth, here's my list: 1 - 1939 or '40 Ford coupe; 2 - ANY Duesenberg, but especially any with the LeGrand bodies; 3 - 1932 Ford coupes or roadsters; 4 - 1949 or '50 Merc coupes (well, throw in a convertible and I'd be allright); 5 - 1956 Lincoln Premier hdtp. That's my list at 2:50 PM EST. It will, no doubt, change as I frantically pace some more. John, aka "oldandkrusty"
WHAT???? No one's picked the '47 Oldsmobile yet??? While I agree with lots that have been posted, I think some of you are blurring the line between your favorite cars and ones that you think are the "BEST American Automotive Designs". One that hasn't been mentioned yet that I personally have always like the design of is the Viper AND I really like the lines of the new Corvette as well.
