I'm not going to post a picture here, well that picture shows up, hopefully that will be ok, because the car isn't traditional. The car is the Leg Show T-bucket. I will put a link to the video I just watched. I like the car, I was at the Oakland Roadster show in 1970. I don't know how accurate all of the info in the video is, but one thing that really stands out to me is the age of these guys when they built these cars. This guy was 17, Steve Scott was around that age when he built the Uncertain T. Another of my favorites. I know teens right now that can't tell time, tie shoes, know there right from their left, can't ride a bike, and plenty of other dailey functions that they can't do. We have definitely dumbed down our kids. Anyway, enough of that, here's the video.

I would say that I have known some kids from the 60s and 70s that weren't the brightest bulbs then or now.
I know I've gained wisdom since my teens and cringe at some memories.
It isn't useful to complain about a different generation, each has it's stars and failures and each has different obstacles and challenges.

Looks like some 50s center grille bar for the rear bumper.

 

Was reading thru the Phoenix History thread from back in 2009. Found these. Hopefully they aren't repeats of recent submissions.

 

Super stock Hemi in a T-bucket! I wonder if it had adequate power for keeping up with traffic?
