IF I cannot find an affordable flat 59 AB, hopefully with a cam... then early SBC and adapter to 39 (?!?) trans in the car.. fix wiring and brakes... daily driver... have fun...until I fall over...
I have an Offy and a Cragar adapter, but not sure what else I will need... or IF I even have the correct adapters...
Maybe later get rid of tapered rear axles, update housing ends... but much to do before then...

IF you look back to the 3/4 front view, you can see the safety chain... I think we had used a tow strap... my friend sat in the 5 to brake / stop my truck at intersections...

FWIW, the 40 pick up was my daily driver starting in 1995...135 -150k miles the first 10 years... odometer broke on the way to good guys Scottsdale in 2000...

Find one of the first pics... one that shows the half *** cutting torch of the rear pan and rear fenders...
Those cuts match the 3/4 rear view pics of the 5W on the street, behind my 40 pick up... still has the safety chain...

IF I had pulled anything off the internet, then find them somewhere...
The only pic could be is the sideview, with the 5W sitting on its bellypan... I had sent that pic to Mark Morton... he had it in the back of one of his HOP UP mags...

Hahaha I thought that to save these doubters some time, time that they will never get back, THIS SIDEVIEW film pic was the one that Mark Morton put in his HOP UP... towards the back, probably around Dec 2000... is there a way to dig that up?
I had probably sent him a photograph... been so long that I don't remember... 2000, I think one of my friends and I were the only ones still without a cellphone...
One of my friends had put together a computer for me back then... when he found out that I didn't have one... it died along time ago, the computer that is, don't remember why or when... have not had a computer since...

I looked at that second pic, the 3/4 rear view... I have a 'free' tablet (that only costs me an additional $20/month!)...
