Projects Winged bolts

Wondering if anyone might know where I might find some of these.

 

Likely won't find any exactly like those, but google thumb screw. Might find something close

 

Depending on the application you might could fab some if you need to or if you have a blacksmith around you he can make some for you

 

McMaster-Carr has six similar styles in various shapes and materials... not exact however.

 

You could make @ home
Cherry red / orange bolt hammer form wing .
A little harder to make the
tapper from tread up to the wing
Like shown in picture .
Two pice die to form by hammer .
or rod dowel bigger then thread needed.
cut taper then the smaller thread

I think you can still get those chrome winged bolts for holding down valve covers.

 

Those are getting hard to find in some sizes..
