  1. So am I the only one seeing pop up ads on on topic forum?

    We are working on it...

Also, run an ad blocker... fine... but promoting them on a site that lives because of ads in part is pretty tasteless.

The best ad blocker is an Alliance membership

Regular old users aren't going to see any ads once I'm done with this transition. I just have a lot of settings to get through.

And I apologize for being gruff. I'm literally fighting my own country to make a living right now and to have a user clap back with an ad blocker just felt like one more person trying to "block" me from making a living.

    Tough times... but I'm tougher.

I signed up for an Alliance membership - I don't feel much guilt for using an ad blocker.

  10. I mostly only use my phone to visit here.
All I seen was small pop ups. No big deal.
    Most places have em

I did an ad blocker a while back on everything, didn't think about the HAMB. I got a popup politely suggesting I remove it from the HAMB but couldn't figure out how to do ito_O:confused:

I've been an Alliance member for probably 10 years or maybe more. I also started running an ad blocker a while ago. It helps with BS spam on other sites. I'd be glad to remove it from the HAMB and Barn if there is a way? Just want to do what's right to support this place.

Not a problem for me, won't run an ad blocker. A few ads won't spoil the HAMB at all for me.
