Hot Rods Two amazing photos found

I came across two photos today, both very early real photos cz . The Eddie Dye, and Carl Burnetts first car a A roadster from 1948

 

You should edited those to full size!
I checked a few of your older posts. You should start a Carl Burnett thread if you have a bunch of history. He touched a lot of lives with his cars and business.

If possible, photos like these should be scanned instead of just taking a picture of another picture. Looks like there would be lots of interesting details in both photos and they will better preserved in the future.

Enlarging them helps. But I guess I'm imagining how a nice clean scan might look. Suppose I've messed around with too much photography over the years.

 

I will do that, just excited on the find so wanted to quick share
