Hot Rods 1932 roadster body?

All I have are these pictures. Anyway to tell if this is brookville body or an original..said there dad got it in the early 90s I know the door and dash are brookville..just curious if anyone can tell from these ****py photos photos

 

Looks Model A to me 30-31

 

That was my first thought as well. Not there’s anything wrong with that though, especially if you got it at a good price.

 

With the cowl vent already in, and the '32 style dash, it's most likely Brookville.

 

I know its a 32 body its metal ..just not sure if its a brookville ..appreciate the replys

 

It's not 1932 body. Brookville didn't start making their 1932 Ford roadster until 1997-98. It's a 1930- 1931 Ford body, most likely made by Brookville.

There are other details if Ford or not .
If you can see in person check for nail hole & ford used a unique Fusion Weld
& 32 has unique making @ cowl for the
adjustment leg / arm

 

Its built 32 now complete car..said it was original body he bought it in 1990 then bought brookville door and dash later..these are the pics they had before car was finished was just curious if someone could tell the difference from those not so good pics..

Did B-V have 32 body in 90 ?
I know they made As.
I remember the catalogue I believe it was gray in color paper material instead of posterboard paper

30-31 Model A has a level cowl bottom between the door and firewall. This does look like it sweeps upward like a Deuce.

 

Model A all the way..Look at the door reveal compared to the 32 pictured.Look at the inside panel of the drivers door .32's are flat with a opening for the latch hande towards the top edge ,center.

 

Not a 32, but a 30-31 with the windshield stanchion mounts trimmed and filled to mimic a 32 with the flush mounted stanchions.

It may be ***led as a 32, but it is definitely 30-31.

No... 1997-98 the '32 roadster was released by Brookville.

 

I remember talking with ol man Brookville at the ‘92 Nationals, asking when they were going to start making ’32 roadsters. He said it would cost too much for tooling, so they weren’t. Glad they changed their mind.

 

The first thing i look for to determine if its a 32 is the wood pockets for the top wood by the tulip panel .
I was at brookville picking up a 30-31 roadster body. Thats when they first started working on the 32 roadster . Kenny gave me a paper that said I could get number 79 or something. I think I have that piece of paper in my model a book.
