how heavy is a sbc?

    Well the feathers won't fill a dent or a body seam, so I know which one's more useful.

  14. and when I need engine weights I dig up a May 1965 (or so) Rod & Custom that's put up here somewhere... (I remember a green cover with a bunch of VW's on it) -

    my thingy says 575 lbs but it doesnt say with trans or options go figure..im guessing all cast iron
