Denise, you and I have a mutual acquaintance in Rudy. I didn't read anywhere that Ashley formed the body, or did I miss something? It's never been stated on here nor in The Rodder's Journal.Do you know her? Do you know Dan? Have you ever visited Dan's and seen her working on her car? I have. No offense ladies, she's got more talent than you think......just my opinion....Mike Farris

That H2 is one of my good friends trucks... He owns a suspension shop in Houston...

Here's the Kodiak he just built. 24" Stretch. Hand built bed..Land Rover Headlights. Air ride on 6 24" wheels.. It's crazy in person...

And another pic of the hummer... It was originally built for Ken Caminiti. When he p***ed away bill ended up with it. So now it's one of the showcase trucks for his shop... It's got soo much custom work done to it along with a Supercharged LS1..

Did anyone get pictures of Foose's 54 Chevy called CoolAir? It was near the north wall of the hot rod area. I forgot my camera that day. Lots of neat stuff done to it and I would like to see more of it.

Wasn't Jeffries working for Barris at the time? I could be wrong, but I think it was built by Jeffries in Barris' shop, and anything that came out of the Barris shop got the crests, regardless of who built it.

If anyone knows for sure, I'd love to know.

what?? have youbeen in acoma or something???? it debuted at SEMA LAST year and was on the cover of The Rodders Journal. Ashley is a HAMBer and a couple other HAMBers work for her dad and worked on that car. it was designed by Thom Taylor and is loosly based on a 32 Ford roadster.

Those two satin Mercs look nice, but I can't get my head around big billet wheels on a custom . . . . nope, definitely needs Caddy sombreros or something on 15" rims.

I wonder how driveable those idiot donks are? Seems like there would be some wierd shimmy and shakes going on with 24" wheels. I wonder how 34" wheels are even useable on the street... seems like they would be so heavy and flex so much that they break stuff under the car. Years ago a friend put 17" under a truck, the guy who sold them said that anything bigger flexed around 1-2" and drove wierd from his experience.

Thanks for the pics....I've met Dan...he's talented. Never met Ashley, but at my shop, my wife builds all my cars and bikes and stuff. I just watch soap operas all day. Being a GMB has its perks.

Notice that they still have a 5 lug pattern. I don't think I'd trust 5 studs and 5 lugnuts to hold up those wheels. Not to mention the amount of brakes it must take to stop that much rolling inertia.

Someone should build a pastel prostreet custom van with 30" wheels and an aluminum spoiler and combine all the lame trends of the last 30 years.

I've got 22's on my 67 Caddy.. It actually drives better now then it did when it had the 15's on it.. I'm selling them to put on some 15's Wide whites and some 60 caps. I'm just tired of the Brother look.. Everyone has seen it like that so this next year it'll have more of a cali caddy look... wide whites, laying body and some pinstriping...

That's the one! I like the front end treatment on that car. Not a big fan of the wheels, they distract from all the work that was done on the car.
