Where's Shiny?

Does anyone know what happened to Shiny, aka S Bateman, of the Wayback Garage in BC Canada?

He has seemed to have disappeared.

SOrry to Hijack the thread, but Custom54 when we going to see some updates on the chebby. Been following that build for awhile, interested to see if any progress has been made.
