I'm glad to hear everyone enjoyed the cookies.....eveyone except for Norm I guess! :D You guys deserved them for all the hard work that went into the chop. Thanks so much for keeping us posted on the gathering. It was fun watching. Blue skies, sunshine, shorts, t-shirts and hot rods in Nov.... do you fellows realize how lucky you are? ;)

I have to second what Killer said. It was amazing to see that happen all in one day. The car came out great, everybody contributed in their own way and to have that many people working on something and not stumbling over one another is a tribute to all who were there.

P.S. I finished 5th overall in the trail run (out of 90 runners), not bad for a 41 year old man (1100 ft of elevation gain in 2.6 miles). Must have been the carne asada tacos and Denise's cookies!:D :D

This was an awesome experience for me (never done this). Meeting the HAMB folks was cool too! Killer (Jason) does awesome work. Seeing him work was worth it. Norm's hospitality and workmanship was A-1! Again thanks for inviting folks over to see this happen. Also, I think, CharlieLedSled(?) and his team were making things happen on that Ford. Great people, food, helping out here and there, and watching the transformation of a car being chopped is a good day in my book. 5051 was all over that car, good job man! Thanks again and see you folks at Mooneyes.

Was wondering when you would show up on this thread Ryan. It would not have happen if it wasn't for you and the "MADNESS" that you have created called the Jalopy Journal-HAMB! So I see you made a West Coast Drags, huh? I will have to draught that date down when I get my HAMB calender! Thanx again Ryan for having this Monster that you control......"VIVA LA HAMB"! KNUX!

    Hey Norm,

' had a good time on the HAMB chop 2.6, never done a gang-bang
chop before. Usually these take a month+. and you jus' wish it
would go away. Killer&Charlieled nailed the roof line, early on, and
from there it jus' flowed. Are ya starting to put together a muddin'
    crew?

    Thanx,

    Swankey Devils C.C.
