Im really happy with the way the car turned out. I got it on the road in June and got it tuned about a month ago and have been using it as a daily driver ever since. I want to give a big thanks to ProEnfo for all his help on this car.
Thanks guys. yes the grill shell is a 32 upside down with a sears bbq grill screen i cut for and insert.
Looooking good Chris. Now we need to schedule a Birch Run Breakfast for about Feb. 1 so you can demonstrate how a tough Michigan rodder can be . Besides, all of the northern division GMB's would like to get a first hand look. Now don't tell us to wait for COBO, that's just whimping out. Frank
Look's awsome great job done enjoy the ride's you should drive it down to the Mooneyes show Dec. 9th next month.
Its been about 35 - 45 degrees around here the last few weeks and i know ive put at least 300 miles on it. Frank, im workin on another project for cobo this year. stay tuned for updates. although i may drive the t down and park it on cobo roof.
that's sweet. you're all over it. love the rear radius bar angle. can't beat the look. i do have a sweet-spot for T's.... I got one too. Question. can't make out the steering set-up. you mind giving the low down on it ? congrats on the style.
Hey Chris ! I don't know if you saw Rod and Kulture # 6 but there is a shot I took of your T bucket from the Detroit Autorama in it.
The steering is a reversed corvair box that is notched into the frame. I cut a piece of round tube and threaded each end and put a heim in each end and connected it to a speedway steering arm. that probably took me the longest to figure out over anything else on the car. Thanks Mongo. i really appreciate that.
