Chopped 57 Buick Gets Paint

    Well I finally got some paint on the old Buick (silver frost) but, that's it for a while as I'm back in Florida for the winter. I think the top really turned out good. Spring will be here soon --- RIGHT?

    Oh man I liked it in primer but this is great. Did you by chance think to leave the keys with a neighbor so I can exercise it for you while you're gone? LOL

    phat rat-----I left the garage door open, keys in the cars; if you have the time give the Merc some exercise too. Thanks.

    Yes I can see them wide open and the keys in them, NOT. But definitely a good comeback. LOL

    I really like the chop, very nice and the silver sets it off. Good choice.

    Beautiful! That seems like a really difficult roof to chop right, and boy did you ever do it right. I love it!

    For those of you only able to look at it in pics let me tell you there wouldn't be any disappointment seeing it in person. He did a fantastic job on it.

    Man, it looks good! I'm starting a 57 Olds and I was wondering how much trouble that tri rear window was gonna be during the chop.

    NICE JOB! looks really good....... Did you sink the windshield or have the gl*** cut?

    Currently stripping my 57 for the chop.

    Kool Chop!! I love '57 Buicks stock, when you chop one, you just throw it
    over the top. Sure would hate to have to leave it at home. Congrats with
    your progress and keep us updated with the progress........

    Been back in Michigan for about 3 weeks,working on the Buick
    about 2/3 of the time.Starting to look like a car again.
    Also did alot work on dash.
