Shoebox Rearend?

I know this question gets asked a lot, but I am curious to hear what rearends everyone is running in their shoebox's. I dont know whether to go with an 8" or a 9", 57" or 58", and what gears seem to work the best for a daily driver. I have my eyes on a '71-'74 Maverick, just dont know anyone who is running that. Sorry for the 20 questions, any info. will help. Thanks.

 

Seems like the majority are using the 5 lug Maverick rears. Go with it.

 

I dont know , but if you get rid of yours let me know .

Put a Maverick in my '51 Woodie, didn't change a thing. The width was just right. You'd better get it.

I've got a maverick rear in mine. At least thats what the guy that sold it to me said
