I hope to have it on the road this summer, its my first time tho , so I might have to work on it slow and steady. gonna see if the 454 in there is worth salvaging and I need to find a good 5 speed. do you know rob formerly of "A&R street rods". me and a couple buddies took over his old shop to build a couple of cars. if you know where it is in langford you should drop by sometime, if you dont PM me and I can give you the addy.

I think I am going to take 3 or 4 off the top. dont want it to be a radical chop but just enough to give it that low mean lean look.

it has basically the tallblock in there it was sorta stripped down when it was dry fit in there and never got dressed fully. dont know what the finished fit will be like. its a camaro clip , so the guy took where the stock SBC mounts were and moved them back an inch to get more clearance on the front. still dont know if I am going to use the bbc because they are so expensive to build , but it is the hiperf. passenger car version I am told. if anyone in victoria or vancouver has a reasonable, heathly 300-350hp SBC350 for every day use, and a t5 in good shape lemme know.

thanks for the comments on the stance, I want to put some bags in it so I can drop it once in a while but this would be a really nice ride height. cant wait to get some nice looking wheels on there [IMG]
