Can some help ID this manifold.....

My dad just bought a 56 210 sedan and we found this manifold in the trunk. Niether one of us have had any luck IDing it so we though we would turn to ther experts.............Thanks

the head pipe just joined together into a single system. '60s Triumphs did the same thing.
