Here's 1 that drove around in NH in the '70s. Haven't seen it since way back.

  2. I found that a while a go on some web site..right click save!!! its just fab..needs to be painted silver flake with moon discs and Flash Gordon/30s scifi type graphics...Or shiny black with Flash Gordon/30's scifi super villan graphics...you would also need a silver /grey/black shiny suit to drive it and wrap around mirror gl***es...

This is what I've got my eye on acquiring to build my first rod, got to prize if from its current owners first and transport it from France to the UK. As identified by a member on here from the Netherlands its a 1930's Renault KZ8 thats already been cut down into a pickup truck by its sawmill owners.

I have one of these in pieces that I'll probably never get around to doing up.

more great stuff guys. PURPLE i'd love to see one of those Datsuns done up full on G***ER style. i'm sure if there were any in the states back in the 60s that someone did just that. anyone have pics????

i saw a Y-model Ford someplace in the last year (can't remember which show) and i thought it was cool as hell. a V8-60 all hoped up with the cats *** in one of those.

dig the Morris kustom too. i should start collecting and building small cars like those. they'd be alot less work due to their diminutive size :D .

that Ghia is smooth too. always liked that body.

I was gonna g***er the truck, I posted pics on the "Who has a g***er?" post a long time ago. The Chris Ito rendition of what it was gonna look like is kick ***. Someone also had posted a pic of a mid 60's g***er truck. Also Ito did another rendition of a late 60's g***er truck.

I've seen quite a bit of cool stuff on this thread, but in the end it only made me appreciate American cars hotrodded the American way... That much more.

In my town there is about a 60 datsun 1000 sedan 2-door that has been turned into a g***er, with a sbc and strait front axle. Looks almost too small to be safe.
