I'm guessing you guys have seen plenty of Daytona pics by now. Hopefully I'll throw some out there that you guys haven't seen.

First I need to thank Gregg Pellicer for being a great host. He took great care of us HAMBer's. He even took me on a tour of a really cool local shop. We spent half of Monday shooting the breeze with two very cool hot rodder's. This was just as cool as the show.

There where a bunch of cars that really got my attention. First was the channeled purple 32 roadster. The details were cool. I might use their wire tying technique. They used thin strips of aluminum wrapped around the wire. I'm thinking copper house wire will work just as good and should look cool too.

I liked this one just as much as the 32. The banger motor was coooool! Check out the 42-48 front bones on the rear!!

    Here's a couple random shots...

The Chevy hoodsides just looked like a cool idea..not my kinda car

There's a pic of a front part of a frame that has some real nice lines. The same car also had a steering dampener attached to the pitman arm. Not sure if it will work but it was hidden nicely.

The Plymouth custom just goes to show you ANY car can look good!

I never understood why someone would use a VW steering gear when there are so many better looking, easier to install alternatives out there.

    Thanks for the pics though.
