I really need to take a camera to the cemetery where my uncle is buried....the family joke (now that he's been gone for bout 2 years) is that he eternally has to put up with the smell of the trash man....he's buried right next to the towns only trash guy for 30+ years, his tombstone is a mid 60's tear drop trash truck...really, I'm not kiddin, it was a big deal when the bloke dropped dead (the trash guy that is) the whole town didnt have trash pick up for sometime till they got a replacement.
Thanks... it's a living, and kinda depressing sometimes... but if I wasn't doing tombstones, I'd starve to death. Then who'd do mine?
yeah, etched by hand with a diamond bit in a rotary engraver... I never saw this car in his fleet, but it could've been one in the storage shed, his fathers or something. or just his favorite style.... I don't ask questions at this time in folks lives, I just do what they ask.
