Does anyone know if a pontiac or other stock flywheel will work on a caddy? If so does it need any modifications? I am cheap and dont want to buy a unit from a cad supply house.Thank you for any help. Bobby

The 472/500 Cad engine never came with a factory stick.
You'll have to drill a pilot hole in the end of the crank.

Lots of good info. Some folks used a big block chevy flywheel to for a pattern. If your crank is out of the
    engine its easier.

    Most folks go automatic...good luck.
