I'm going to be bagging the 54 to the ground soon, and I want to put a triangulated 4-link in it but I'm worried about it interfering with the rear seat. Any one done this, have any info or pics?

i am in the prosess and i looks like i will be able to hide every thing just behind the back rest of the back seat, i am going by measurements though because i dont have the body on the frame, i'll try to upload a picture of it. this is a rough mock up so don't laugh

  3. The 4-link won't interfere with the seat and the notch won't either if you do it right. Check out this section of 50chevy.com...especially the gold and white pinstriped frame (HAMBer Gambino Kustoms '54): http://50chevy.com/photos/lowering

  9. It says "Low Life Fabrication" on your lower control arms. I did a web search and came up empty. Any info on them?

That 54 belonged to a freind of mine named Kenny. He was going to start up lowlife fab, but has run in to hard times. He made all the mods himself, when people said it could not be done. I should have bought that car.:(
