The engine from Chip and Heather's (The Bash) dragster was stolen from their shop this weekend. The thiefs also got the blower setup from Heathers project car. Be ware of any "deals" on SBC speed parts. There's a huge list of stuff on both of these!! Also Chip's top tool box was lifted. Their PC is not online right now, So I can relay any Questions, concerns or leads to them. Thanks, GBoF

I have a pretty complete list. Way too much stuff to copy here. The block is one of those with no markings on it, but it's currently painted red. pats include names like Chet Herbert, Weiand, GMC and Edlebrock. I'll have to see if I can get a picture to post.

The obvious answer is tweekers, but a complete motor is something you have to prepare for to steal. Start looking for who knew where it was, and who knew when they wouldn't be around. BTTT
Fucking weak! Chip and heather are way to ice to have this happen... My guess is that nobody in the "hotrod circle" would do that kinda thing to them... Any local young hotshot muscle car kids in that area that may have known what they have? I could see some punk needing a new motor for his chevelle or something....

well the hard part is that the bash is thrown at there house in the shop so any one could have seen there stuff. the other thing is they don't in a big town there a was out in a small town and the county have a big meth problem i'm only 20min from chips place. there damn good peeps and it sucks that it happend but the cops don't do a damn thing about it and if they took the time to steal if then its morethan likely sold and gone. i have have my old house broke in to lot about 8,000 worth. my old next door nabor has had ihis place broke in to 3 times 2in the last 6 months he now has bars on ALL the windows and new doors. its a shame i'll the the guys know about it up here in longview.

I saw a tv spot that showed stolen stuff recovered that was for sale on craigslist.org You never know - if the list was extensive, something might be there.
