road race in Mexico

I just got an e-mail from the American organizer of a three day road race event in Chihauhau Mexico, I'm thinking of going , its in April of 2007. I would probably take one of my 55 Chryslers or I've got an old jag sedan with a Chevy v8, anybody want to go?I need a navigator. the entry fee is $750 which is cheap cheap for this type event, I'm not sure about rules yet but I ***ume you would need roll cage ,belts ,fuel cell for some cl***es.

last time i raced there i got the cannon ball runs

 

My friend who just ran the Targa Newfoundland sent me that same e-mail. I crewed for him in Canada, while he and a third guy raced a Shelby Mustang clone. Sounds like a good race, and you're right--that IS cheap for a three-day event!

What I read at that addy said the entry was $4500 and be prepared to spend a total of $10,000 or more.
$750 would be woh it but $10,000 is a little rich for my blood.LOL

 

only way id race down there is in the dirt.

 

Im up to be a navigator.....just wondering though, can your car accomodate a 6'6" person?
