Roth Vs. Barris Interview?

I was looking through my 50 years of Rod and Custom and noticed
a interview with Roth Vs. Barris in the May and June 1962 issues..

Can someone Scan this interview?? it's gotta be funny right???

I woud love to hear the audio tape of this interview..I wonder what was cut
out,,hahahahaa...

Its a greate picture too...Roth is all covered in paint and Barris is in a suit

Street Rodder interviewed them both again in the early '80s.

 

I think the interview is in one of the Roth books that came out in the last few years but I dont remember which one, I'll check for it when I get home but for some reason I think it got stuck in storage when I moved.

 

Thats funny. I was talking with Gene Winfield at one of his workshops. Something he said stuck with me and I thought it was quite funny. He said that George Barris is a great promoter of himself. His brother is a great car builder.
