I had the same thing at 48, I'm 61 now so the future is still ahead of him. When you get out ride the bike, do the walking. The faster you get working the faster your back in the swing.

Hang in there, my dad had a massive heart attack in his early 40's and ended up with 5 bypasses and a bunch of stints. Now at 65 he is still unruley as ever.
