Anyone help me identify these spotlights?

I have asked a few people that have been doing cars for a while and none of them know anything besides they are Ford (you know that because it has the script on the back). Anyways I would like information about them because if I ever get my 46 built these are going on it and I don't want to own something that I know nothing about. Here is all I have found out: They could be an accessory from a 49 Ford because they are shaped just like the front bullet in the grill. Oh and the local chrome guy hasn't ever seen one. So it makes me think they might be a little special. So any help anyone might have would be great. Here is a photo.

 

I have one that looks just like that with only the light portion, it has a unity stamp on it (I am going to use it for a motorcycle headlight)

 

The light is only 4 inches across isn't that a bit small? The script on this is on the back in an oval with FAS-A below it. Also with 3 rings just like a 49 Ford nose bullet. Yours looks like that?

 

Actually it says FoMoCo not Ford I am at home looking a little closer.

Here are the pics of mine, they seem to be bigger than yours but they look the same to me, they say UNITY CHGO USA MODEL CH
