Which one do you like?

I just went thu the thread on Butera's modified and it got me to thinking about Dan Webb's modified. Now both of these are from "pro" builders and both are "modifieds" and they are, in my mind, completely different approaches. Which one do you like?

I like the black one.

 

Niether is my cup o tea. But the black one is alot closer to what I would consider building.

 

The radiator cover on the black one is cool.

The wheels on the chrome and white one belong on my 1995 Fomula Firebird.

I guess the black one but Daytons, even painted orange, belong on a Ghetto Cruiser.

 

Webb's.

 

Neither, there both nicely built cars, but I'm here for cars in this style.

 

I'll second that nod..... neither of those cars are my direction. It looks as if they are going the route of the custom motorcycles.....the wrong direction -IMO

I like the gray one. I would walk past the other two to get a good look at that one.

 

I am not into the modifieds at all. But if I had to pick one I would choose Webbs black one

 

...I do like the flathead one the best. though both the others are worth a closer look. IMHO the white one looks better purple with different wheels.

 

They both suck.

 

The black one is less wrong.

 

Webbs...bar none...people have to remember the amount of work that goes into something..I may not like a certain style car...but isn't fabrication.....well, fabrication?

 

i'm too fucking fat for either one! iroc wheels look ghetto on early camaro's!

 

I like the black one too. The other one looks too much like a bathtub to me.
