Hello all. Anybody know where I can find the doohickey that you stick a filler rod in? It is a hollow tube that has a rubber roller that you can smoothly roll with your thumb to feed the rod into the puddle. I hope I am explaining this clearly. It's a cheaters tool I know but It was *****in when I tried one years ago. Thanks.

holding the filler rod right works pretty damn well......

hold the rod between yer middle and pointer fingers, hold the other end p***ing through yer thumb and side of hand snug, loosen fingers and move twords thumb, loosen thumb and tighten fingers, pull fingers forword with rod...

ill snap pictures of this if you are confused...

Wow... someone must have gotten a big juicy turd in his stocking this morning....

As aformentioned, the best place to check would be a welding supply shop. It's amazing, but you clearly have the internet, and the capability to search has failed you.

Maybe the internet is too "modern" for you, in which case I can only recommend that other old tried and tested method of searching for an item..... the telephone.
