Anyone have any front and rear u-bolts and plates for 35-40 ford frame? I bought bunch of parts for my truck and left the u-bolts at the guys house and haven't been able to get ahold of him figured someone might have some laying around they don't need. Let me know what you have or if you kow where to get some at reasonable price.
You can get them made for about $15 at a spring shop and then you're working with brand new stuff. Comercial spring in New Alex, Pa does them but I'm sure you can can get them done in the city somewhere, I think there is a place on Neval Island.
Yea there is spring shop in the Strip right over river from the garage too I just need something to get me started right now. Let me know of any swap coming up you hear of.
iI have front u bolts and plates off a 48 you can have if they will fit. Would offer the rears, but they got bent pretty bad when I drug the parts car on the trailer.
