there was a 32 from sweden in rod and custom a while back that i think was painted a 58 chrysler parade green.....maybe one of the guys from over there will chime in......neat color....you might also go to your local paint supply house....and look at the dupont spectramaster chips.....or the ppg or who ever they sell.....thousands of colors .....in one handy chip book......brandon

HOK has a KBC series green which would be pretty user-friendly with regard to repair, etc on a race car. KBC09 maybe? One word of caution though...if a re-spray is needed you need to go from the base out. You can't just "blow it in" so to speak. Over another green, silver, or gold you can get the look of a true kandy w/out the expense or trouble. We're doing a KBC08 tangerine in the shop and it needed a repair. That's being a pain in the *** right now due to a lifting/crazing problem. I think time was our enemy...not enough of it, and in our place there never is. But I still like the product for ease of application and the final look. Good luck with your choice. Kandy Organic Green is my absolute favorite kolor.

Here's some pics of my 394 Olds which is painted Green flake.

I first laid down Green Epoxy primer, Then a darkish Mettalic Green basecoat, Then on with 2 Flake coats and finally lacquer. All paint is 2 pack.

no pics, BUT.....in 1974 I bought a new AMC Hornet Sportabout wagon with the nicest jade green metallic, IIRC code was "G-3 Green", you may find a link for this color online, it looked like custom paint and had a nice gold pinstripe.
