    mike,

Looks good, i've got a 302 and a c-6 just laying around. i've also got a v-8 radiator out of a mustang that looks like it might work too. I think i've got a spare 700r4 for the chevy too. hurry up and sell that talon, you've seen the coupe i need some $

I'd keep that straight 6 but i know you fly boys have a "need for speed"

    see you at the shop.

I agree on the 200cid engine, the only diff between that and the one you have is the color of the valve covers. The only way to put headers on them is with a lot of machine work, if you're gonna spend that kind of money, may as well go with the 5.0. Maybe get the exhaust breathing better and get an adapter and add a 2bbl carb or two to it. Had one in high school set up similar, everyone thought I had a 289 in it, and it still got 25 mpg. Made quite a few Camaros and Mustangs look plain stoopid with it.......lol. Wish I had one like it now. Thanks for the memories.

Won't be home Sunday, working. But even if I was it still has a few bugs to get worked out before I'm going to take it on the highway. Drive shaft needs some help. (I hope its the driveshaft)

I'll keep you posted on the "v8 swap", but I think it will be a while. I seemed to have misplaced my millon $$. :(

Thats not all of it, i also have a jeep cj, annd a 72 triumph bonnie. We will just say that the storage people down the road love me, they cut me a break they are building a 36 5 window. He actually hooked me up with the guy I got the motor for the coupe from. I hooked him up with Josh while he was still over at Joe Smith.

That motor is a backup for the Truck so it's not going anywhere. I've got a lifter ticking but i've got to much going on to worry about it right now. I got the headers and intake and radiator from the guy you met at summit so it's complete.

  9. I have a line on a lincoln with a 302 and AOD that will be going cheap.
Keep the efi or put on a carb and stand alone dizzy.

Defenatly would get rid of the EFI, but I'm going to NEED an AOD because I will be driving this to and from work when I get a v8 in it. I would love to do all of this, but still no money.

  11. Well, when you have $300 to spare, let me know.
She's still driving it so you can here it run if you want.
