As an Alliance Vendor, I felt that I needed to post this thread. If you are reading this an are not an Alliance Member, you need to join now! Ryan has develop this program with you in mind. The $50.00 membership fee is a drop in the bucket compared to the savings you will get from me (Exeter Auto Supply) and the other Alliance vendors. Many guys get the $50.00 buck back in the very first order they place with an Alliance Vendor. There is no other membership available to you that will put money back in your pocket the way the HAMB Alliance does. If you plan on spending money on your Hot Rod or Custom car this year, do yourself a favor and join the Alliance. Even if you are a lurker here, become a member and join the HAMB Alliance.

I just got my hamb tag in the mail today. I haven't cashed in on the benefits yet. I gotta quit buying old **** and buy something new for a change. Tires are a definite in the future.

  6. thanks for the invitation to join the alliance . that is something i have given some thought to but haven't acted on yet.

as an alliance vender you are offering 5% on offenhauser parts and 10% on everything else in you catalog. checking your website i can't find the everything else....what does your company offer for parts other than offenhauser? do you have a catalog you can mail me?

i'm asking this in all honesty and not trying to be a smart guy...i just need more info to help me decide

the deal from Coker looks like a smoking hot deal , and would probabilly join if/when i need some wheels and tires from them...but some of the others i'm not too sure about. for example: i just ordered about $2000 worth of parts from one of the alliance venders...and got 10% and free shipping..a better deal

i'm not trying to stir anything up , i'm sure it has been good for many other guys on here and that some real money has been saved...i'm just trying to figure out if it is the right deal for me

I've bought from both Exeter Auto Supply and Coker and the saving's from each have been more than the 50 bux i spent already..And that's only two purchases...Whatever else i need from here on out is all saving's so it's definately worth the buy in..At least to me it is :D.

Regardless of the savings, ask yourself if you get $50 worth of information and entertainment a year from the HAMB. That's enough to get me to buy in and support this place. Heck, I even bought a membership for someone else too.

I got my tag in the mail today. I mainly signed up to support the website. When I do buy I will certainly check with alliance vendors first.

  18. Well saw if you don't buy anything else in the world tires are a pretty good idea.:D

Ya know I have never checked the vendors list mayhaps I should. I joined for an entirely different reason but if it saves me a buck then that's a good fringe benifit.

Uh where's the vendors list?????

My website is dedicated to Offenhauser at the this time. I'm a full auto parts store with parts from Model A to Nissan 350Z. I sell engine rebuilding parts, starters, alternators, oil, filters, brake parts, etc.... I also sell Edelbrock, Holley, Mr Gasket, B&M, Wilcap, Eelco, MSD, Mallory, Painless wiring, Stewart Warner, K&N, and almost any other performance company you can think of. I'm trying to get everything on the website, but damn it's alot of work! So I figure one line at a time. I'm pushing to get all the Offenhauser products listed along with installation instructions and product information because Offenhauser doesn't have a website so mine will offically be the unoffical Offenhauser site. I should have more features ready to go in a couple of months. In the mean time feel free to call me at 559-592-2707 for more information and help.

  20. Alliance membership is a way to show support for the JJ and the HAMB. The vendors do the same by providing discounts.

I like dealing with Alliance members in the cl***ifieds because they have invested in something they believe in and are less likely to flake.

I joined the alliance first and foremost as a way to support the HAMB and the JJ. There is no way I could have access to the information, entertainment, and help that's available here for 10 times that amount. The discounts offered by the Alliance are just frosting on the cake.

I'll say that with a wife in college an three kids that I don't buy a ton o parts but the $50.00 was for the exposure to some of the best talents on the planet .That alone has saved me a ton in headaches . swaZZie
