kinmont brakes

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by sm0kin, Jan 6, 2007.

  1. Whats a reasonsble price for a mint set?

  2. Using recent Ebay auction results, a real nice set will bring $10,000. Two recent auctions had them at (I think) $12k and $15k. Might've been more.

wont be that high long, SEL SELL SELL SELL SELL

    repros comin out soon

  4. I dont think the price will fall at all IF the repros do eventuate. Original Ardun heads have maintained their price tag despite being reproduced.

  5. From my favorite magazine...Nov 73 R&C......

Anyone know the who's what's and when's about the repros?? No sense talkin about the gennies, as I haven't bought any lottery tickets lately and have no rich kinfolk. If I was gonna spend that kind of loot, I would rather spend it on a rod of some sort. Who really needs or wants 15k brakes. Repros on the other hand would be awesome on the '31 Roadster I am building. :)

If you want to sell, please place an ad in our cl***ifieds - the HAMB should not be used to troll for potential buyers.

I'm leaving this post up because Kiwi Kev posted some interesting info on the brakes... but any more dealings should be handled by PM or email. Thanks.

  16. These aren't Kinmont they're even rarer Milans - no telling what they will go for!

Don sold a pair of Kinmonts 12/28 for 14,150.
