General Update: Alliance, Calendars, HAMB, etc...

Thanks for all the hard work and time you put in...i don't think many of us know what it takes just to keep this place running.

Don't know if I've ever conveyed this to you, or not. But you amaze me with how consistantly forward thinking you are. With the board, the events, the journal, the whole "package". Not just one idea, but a steady stream of new, original places to take the "gospel".

I just don't understand what it would be like to have that kind of vision.

Okay, enough with all of that. People will think I'm trying to get a date.

Funny thing. I woke up at 3:00 the other morning thinking about the '55. I've really lost sleep now that I actually have one. Much worse than the occasional waking up thinking about it before. So any way, I wake up and come to the HAMB to look something up and the search feature is down. So I google it. The second listing looks like pretty much what I want to know so I clicked it and guess what. It was a link to a question I had asked on here several months ago. Had all of the info I needed, but I was a little groggy and confused about how I ended up back here.

All internet roads lead to the HAMB!

 

Silly question... Are the Alliance tags on a "first come, first served" basis? Meaning if I signed up as an Alliance member in August, and that's when the subscription runs out, will I be making a mistake not re-upping early? I had planned to do it next July.

Is there some sort of "auto-notification" prior to our subscription ending (of course, I can't recall just when I subscribed)? Can a subscription just be "rolled over" when it comes due (with the credit card/PayPal number you already have on file?

God forbid I would actually have to do any thinking about this on my own! - LOL
