Its the internet man, people talk ****. You cant let idiots get to you, if they dont like what you have to say or how they say it then ****em, that shouldnt be your problem. I've learned for every couple of ***holes on this forum there are 100 more who are willing to help out and answer your questions or who just have good general information. Dont let a couple of ***holes get you down, you'll never get very far in life if you do. Hang out grab a beer and enjoy the place, it seems to work for me.

I see these types of posts all the time, and usually don't care less, but yours looked a little different, so I went through your old posts and pictures.
You look to me like a craftsman, your car looks awesome, your posts are informative, and you seem like a very nice guy.
I then read the responses in this thread, and nothing leads me to believe anything else.

Leaving would deprive us newbies of getting to know you, seeing your project, and receiving your advice.

I say post a link to the trouble, so we can see what is bugging you.

I don't think I have seen a single post from you that I have NOT enjoyed reading and gotten something out of. It's a ***** when the older guys that know so much get chased away because of ******** drama. I have no idea as to the issue that made you post, but I sincerely hope that you stick around and post, because as one of the many younger guys, I would much rather learn from knowledgeable guys like you than Ye 'Ole School Rods.

I was over to Roger's and saw both of the '55's. Joe's is a "show car" and will never see a race track. It's a beaut, but it's kinda like your neighbor's wife - real pretty to look at, but you'll never see it in action.

Your "Black Magic" is a race car and I've seen it go down the track.......it's be-yooo-ti-ful!! Of the two cars, 'Magic' would be the one I'd want to own and if somebody didn't like the fact that I didn't build it, **** 'em.

Stick around, and please don't stop posting. You'd deprive us all of your expertise, experience and vision. I'm an old guy, but still enjoy learning new things and you're a guy we can all learn from.

Most of the guys on this board have no idea who you are, Sam. Without knowing you, they can't really appreciate what you have been and are now to this sport and the craft of car building. They haven't got a clue as to the breadth of your knowledge or the depth of your skills.

In your post you did a wonderful job of giving credit to Joe for his work...and he deserves a lot of credit for the work that he does. You are both extreemely talented...and that is what makes Woodard Racing and Hot Rods the place that it is.

 

Sam like most I have never met you but have read your post. And it has been said many times, the HAMB needs people like you. The hamb is all about learning new and old things about these hot rods. It would be a shame to lose you and your knowlegde.

 

Sam, I really appreciated your in-put and help when I was building my 55 g***er. I know you'll still be around to help others like me with tech info, but have always liked seeing your posts and positive comments. Hope you see in all these posts, how many others feel the same way. the cars came out of your shop ,Great cars from great car guys.I never took any of your post's to say that you are the only one who works in your shop on the cars you post.
