JUST kidding...I love it here! Hey guys, newbie time.... I'm Randy, new here but not new to the world of forums, I have spread my knowledge (HA) on many forums ranging from S-10s to Camaros, lowriders, to drag racing and some local forums to me also(Iowa-Illinois border) I ended up here by accident looking around and parts and ideas for my buddies 36 Chevy (dare I say) rat rod project. This site seems to have a wealth of information and tons of parts for sale and it moves FAST. A top spot on my favorites list will be filled soon As for my stuff, currently I am knee deep in a *side* project, a 63 Impala 2 door hardtop that got traded to me. I just set a '90 TBI engine/ 700R4 in it 2 days ago. Collecting airbag stuff for it now and then Im gonna lay on some flat black with a red roof and some salt flat discs....kind of a retro 60's custom rat rod driver is what Im aiming for, planning on selling it on ebay to get some more money for the *real* project, my 62 Chevy II I've had 5 of the little Chevy II's and this little hardtop is pretty solid and up to bat next for a little resto-mod. I have a fresh '95 Lt1-carbed/5 speed combo going in it. 18" and 17" wheels, some lowering, nice paint, interior are all planned. Hopefully this all will happen by July or so of this year...wishful thinking right???? Anyway, Im done rambling on...I will leave you a pic of the mess in the garage where you can see the two aforementioned projects.... Thanks for listening hell....here are all of my cars.... I know I know...they are too new....sorry...can't afford much vintage iron around here thats not 99% rust.....
