I want to order my notch, bridge and 4-link kits next week. I've decided on using suicide doors stuff. I'll order this bridge kit: http://www.suicidedoors.com/BasicBridgeKit.php I'm torn between the super pivot and regular bushed end 4-link kit here: http://www.suicidedoors.com/UniversalTriangulated4-LinkKit.php I'm still not sure if it's worth the extra $100 for the super pivots. Is this everything I need to do the back (minus the bags, tank, valves, pump and misc. stuff)?
that should be everything you need what about some of their shock mounts? http://www.suicidedoors.com/RearAxleShockTabRelocatorKit.php ive used their stuff before, its nice
i used a universal 4 link with this one, made plates for the side of the frame to weld the brackets to, fit really nice in this merc.came with nice brakets for the rear end with shock mounts attached
Good suggestion lodaddyo, I'll throw those in too. Slddnmatt, how does yours ride with the bags over the frame? Did you change the gas tank? What bags did you use? Do you have any pics of the fab work or detail shots? I'm not bagging the front of mine, I kinda like the early nose up look.
What EXACTLY makes the superflex worth the extra $100. I'm not going for anything crazy, I just need it to lift high enough to get the bumper off the groung and get over a few speed bumps. I don't drive like a maniac
the tank is in the original spot, the car should ride fine i had another merc that was done similar to this one, the bgs are 7" convoluted by slam specialties, i have some more pics of the car i could email them to you if ya like, i hate to constanly resize them to post the pics.
It is for guys that want alot of lift, mainly for more advanced moves. Dancing, pancake, side-to-side, etc.
