Well where do I start ??? I guess it started in April 2006 when I heard about this 32 . Two of my friends had just went to look at it and wasnt pleased. So I listened and made mental notes. Well us old people that dosent last long. So one day I called one of the guys and asked for the phone # and I called the owner. He said come on over and check it out. Well low and behold right over by a HAMBers house is a all steel 5 window coupe. I got bit big time. I couldnt sell the tudor fast enough. So yall all know I put it on sale here with no interest so off to ebay. Well with 3 days left and close to reserve I got the chills. " I cant sell my car" I thought and felt like I was going thru a divorce again. I called Dirty31 (Rusty) and talked to him and had a couple beers. And decided to pull it off ebay. Here are some of the picts when I first say it... I will finish the story so hold on.
So a few months later Rusty is over where the car is and calls to go check it out. I tell him to turn buy the cement place and go to the second street and I think theres a school etc. and he finds it . Well it bit him also. He had to have it. But he wasnt going to sell anything to get it. Well Rusty has PERFECT credit. He has built 2 houses with just a signiture. Well the banker says NO. He was pissed. So we both just kinda give up on it . It just wasnt meant to be. Well every now and then either me or rusty would run up on the pictures and would say we better get that car. Well we decided to just build another frame and completlly change the tudor. New original frame, 331 caddy. LaSalle trans, everything pre 57. We were both pumped big time. We would start the big teare down after P&P . So Rusty posted some picts of the frame and everyone said not to change the car. So I told Rusty to sell it and dont let me touch the money it was to buy the Unicorn. Well low and behold it sold. The guy sent the money the next day. Rusty called the guy with the 32 and he said come on over and check it out. Only to call back the next day to say his wife wont let him sell it. This went back and forth at least 4 times before the weekend. We decided it wasnt meant to be. You could see the car and almost get it but than it would gp away (unicorn). Well I posted a add for a 5 window everywher . Called all my friends. Went to look everywhere. Had people tell me about this one and that one . But none. We went to Waco to get the best one around only to find out its a cut down 4 door. But it did look good. On the way back we stop at Rudys BarBQ and Rusty decides to call the Unicorn guy and his wife sayes hes not home but that he had said the car is ours to come get it. Well I go to the bathroom only to come out and have Rusty to tell me he had called back to say its not For Sale. So I said forget him. I called about the one on Craigs list in Cali. only to hear him say shes out of town but I know she will take it. Called about an original one 200 miles from here but the owner says the weathers to bad to come look at it. Well I am at one of my customers this mornig and telling him this story and when I leave Rusty calls. Guess what Dad, Its for sale. I go What. The Unicorn. Rusty had called him again and he said bring the money and a trailer and get it. So we did as fast as we could. I am HAPPY !!!! A very Special Thanks to Rusty for puting up with me thru this...
A 305 Chevy that he says is bad. It has a ansen type pedal so it will change back to a standard. Once I get the motor and trans out I will see if I have enough time to put the caddy in or the 327. Either one will have a shifter ..

Glad to see you got one ... I know you sold your 32 Tudor ... to make it happen ... Been there ... done that ... The coupe will be worth it ... just get rid of that hood scoop and the 4x4 pickup wheels ...
Man, I felt really bad after talking to you a few weeks ago. I started to tell you to come and get mine. Glad you got the one you wanted...it was meant to be....and I can keep mine.

hell yeah, i sold 5 cars (chopped 1946 chrysler coupe, 1957 studebaker coupe, 1951 ford vicky, 1961 falcon, 1952 kaiser) to afford to buy an 1934 5window coupe wellworth it don't regret it for a second, nice score dude,

After Danyelle and I got her to her new home we started taking some excess junk off. I didnt have any wheels and tires but that will be one of rge first things to go. That hood mounted tack is off a GTO and will help pay for the tires. A must to go..
Reggie, Man you dont know how that makes me feel. There are so many guys that just buy and sale. I just wanted something that I could drive everyday . Not that I didnt drive the Tudor for a couple of weeks when my truck was down.
