VLV & PRE VLV UPDATES

hey guys,
this is my annual vlv update. everything is set for both parties!

PRE VLV:
saturday evening, march 27th at los vacitos bar & grill in old towne orange. 223 west chapman....(near the circle)
doors open and bands start @ 7:00 p.m ....goes on untill ?
bands are: rockin ryan & the real gonners,vaquetones,rip carson,royaltones...mc'ing & dj'ing is vlv's own tom ingram. helping out at the booth is flat top tom & edgar doo tone.
check out big ed's record sales and other vendors selling art & t-shirts.
burlesque,hot rod,drag racin movies on the big screens!
ANOTHER UPDATE: THE ANNUAL MODEL A PANCAKE BREAKFAST
IS GOING ON THE NEXT DAY AT HART PARK IN OLD TOWNE ORANGE!

VLV:
couldn't make it last year...but they are returning once again....BEAN BANDITS with a couple of 300 mph flathead powered streamliners...they plan on starting one of them.
barris is coming back and bringing the bat mobile.
the anderson bros. pontiac race team are returning with two of thier 11 second super stock tempests.
gene winfield is bringing out THE THING, nash from burn out magazine is returning with some talented pinstripers, and new this year is john porsee with TWISTED TIKIS. this guy carves tiki's with a chainsaw!
9 cars are caravanning from alberta canada! thats 3000 miles each way!
bring the sun block!....suppose to be warm next month!

ok, who's comin out to these shows?

 

I'll hopefully see you at both, I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the car making it though, we'll see. (My rings are just about dead, smokes worse then a semi )

Hey Axle, we are looking forward to hanging with you again.

The Phoenix crew is already preparing and getting psyched up. Today we viewed our DVD that we made from last year. I will be tagging along with the Rattlers again. We be there on Wednesday, just like last year. And we will be closing down athe place again on Monday.

 

I'll be there, Im driving the '53 from albuquerque, new mexico ...its the state under colorado...next to texas.....ya know.....billy the kid....? can't wait!

 

Not this year, have other commitments. There'll be several other guys from SLC going though.

 

I'll be there with the wife. Our first VLV. Flying in on Wednesday.

 

Us Rattlers will be at VLV fer sure. See you there.

 

Me and the wife will be there Thur. night. Flying in cause I'm a puss and don't have my Buick done...

 

My girlfriend and I and her cute single friend are flying in on Wednesday night. We have to be back home real early Sunday morning to be with the kids on Easter morning. Really looking forward to it.
