    Rust?
Red Beard's car comes to mind,
I love the stance and proportions of this car.

Me too. I love that 5 window bodystyle! I don't have the body skills needed for the sheetmetal work your cab needs. But if I did, I'd build me one like it.

Here is a really bad pic of my 39 Chevy that I am in the process of dropping a drivetrain in. I am going to get it all mechanically sound and drive the piss out of it just like it is(just alittle lower and fresh WWWs), so I can park my 55 Olds for a bit and get here into a fresh coat of paint and some new guts.

My 1951 Olds. Rust in the trunk, inside rockers, floors. Its got the original 303 V8, it has a completely rebuilt brake system, water pump, fuel pump, converted to 12 volt w/ alternator, new brushes in 6v starter, 12 volt solenoid, Painless wiring kit, cleaned and lined gas tank, nos carb that needed new gaskets, new rad hoses, new Diamond Back radial wide white wall tires, wheels sand blasted and powder coated, lights changed to 12v. Old hood and doors were rusty, replaced with good ones. I now have all the parts to rebuild the suspension front and rear, dropped spindles and air ride. The plan is to drive it to the Roundup in Austin from Omaha. We'll see.

Heres my 37 Chev. I've done a lot of mechanical work to it since this pic was taken but she'll look just like this once on the road. You can't reproduce 70 years of mother nature's effects. It may one day get paint but it wont be from me. This one gets built and driven. Thanx Jaysin

Dont strip it down off the bat cuz it will be hell of a lot harder putting it together months or year later (missing pieces or cant remember what went were) body work last so you can do it in one shot...
    just my 2 cents

Here is my previous daily driver. I sold it late last September. I now regret selling it.

Well, here is another mid 30 chevy pu. My 37 been on the road since Aug 2005. And was just driven in 30 degree weather this morning from work. Oh and no side windows and heat yet so it was a little cool in the cab. :)

the 36 cab with lettering, I am planning on the next project.

I sold a guy a 33/34 ford 1 1/2 ton truck last summer (can't even remember what year it was!) Either way, never heard from him again until last week, he sent me this photo showing me his truck! *******s farther along than I am!!!

The other pic is my brother and I running around in my Dad's roadster the day he got it running!
