I had the exhaust on my Porsche 911(headers, heat exchangers, and muffler) ceramic coated by Jet Hot. They have different places across the country that ceramic coat items. My complete exhaust was $350.00 to do. That includes cleaning and coating inside and out.

If you drive out to Boerne there is a guy that is as good or better than anyone in the country. If someone knows his number, please post it, I need it to!

The place your looking for is called Craden Industries in Boerne, they do great Ceramic Coat work, they did a set of shorty ****** headers in flat black for me I cant recall the price exactly but I wanna say about $150-160? if you sent them to Jet Hot or elswere the shipping and wait time would make it much higher. I've been running mine for almost 3 years and they still look great.

Dont get me wrong, I dont have any compaints against Jet Hot, its just that when I had contacted them it was somewhere in the neighborhood of $65-80 for shipping alone, and Cradin is about a 20 minute drive for me and there prices were cheaper than Jet Hot thats all

The big thing with doing headers/exhaust is to have it done inside and out. Do that and they will last forever and stay looking good. Don't do the inside and they will rust from the inside.

    What zman said.....

I had some headers done by Jet-Hot about ten or so years ago. Short turn around time, excellent product, no complaints. Of course, often local vendors have other advantages, but I was very pleased with Jet-Hot.

I used Jet-Hot, too and will ditto what everyone else has said about them. Good folks.

  13. Go with proven success, Jet hot has never done me wrong. Normal is 1 week turn around. You can pay more for 24 hour turn around. I've had 11 sets of headers done by them over the years and never had a problem with there product. Wish I could say the same for a Local co. that swears there product is the same as Jet hot uses.

I have some cast split headers for a mopar 230 6cylinder. How well does the stuff work on cast? I have been running them painted with rattle can touchups for about a year.
