Any good ideas for coolant recovery tanks? The beer can/bottle thing is way overdone.

If you have pics, post 'em!

  5. I got a million of 'em. :D

I'm useing an old Stanley Stainless thermos in one that's gouing together soon. But the guy is a coffee drinker.

I've used little gas cans, plastic clorox bottles ( I guess gl*** would work). I got a Coors Superbowl XL mini keg in the garage that could work for one. You name it if it can be used its probably been used.

I just got this compressed air tank off a Saturn V rocket from the Apollo moon program. Was gonna use it for a remote master cylinder filler, but it holds 3qts, so a bit big for that application. ;) I'll prolly use it for a puke tank, though.

I ran across this br*** one at a swap meet several years ago. It was too long so I Had to cut about 6 inches off of it and solder it back together then added some clear tubing to check the level. It had an AC decal on it when I bought it. I think it was an aftermarket puke tank sold for use on trucks way back when.
