We are putting a G.M. 10 Bolt W/Disc Brakes under a Sedan Selivery Project.
The seller told us it was a 76-78 Rear End.
We can't ceem to find Calipers & Pads for it.
There is the following number Stamped on the Housing Tube
    2MEG82051
Any ideas of what year/model this would be?
Or where we might be able to find out?
Any & all help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you very much.

What was the website address of the Auto Parts Giant you looked it up in when it "Just came right up"??
How did you enter it? (#2MEG82501?)
I could really use that information.

    Thank you very much

Do you have an old caliper?

More than likely its a T/a rearend..

The cadillac calipers will also fit ... The T/a units have a rather large counter weight on the e brake lever ....

If you dont have cores these calipers maybe very pricey

If the price of the TA or Caddy rear calipers catches you off guard (the cheapest rebuilt ones I found were $70 each plus a $75 core charge not to mention the h***le trying to get them adjusted), I believe you can use GM G-body front calipers if you don't need the parking brake feature. I was told they were the same except for the parking brake mechanism and after looking at them I believe it. Just some handy info that might help someone.
